The production base of VAS OOD is located in the Etar locality in central Bulgaria, at the foot of the Balkan Mountains. The wide range of paste products is made from high quality flour of Bulgarian producers. The company has two lines for production of home-made noodles with a capacity of 60 tons per month, by which it is ranked among the largest producers in the country. The rich assortment of pasta products is provided by two high-production lines of the Italian company PAVAN with a capacity of 150 tons per month. According to the requirements of European and world standards, the products are made from semolina flour of 100% durum wheat by Italian technology. The developed by the company experts Gabrovo Hard-baked Noodles and Hard-baked Pasta Products Line, featuring a traditional Bulgarian taste, are produced solely by VAS OOD. The powdered ready-to-cook products of the traditional Bulgarian recipes, also developed by the company experts, recreate the spirit of the old Bulgarian cuisine in our homes. The strict control of incoming raw materials, technological process and automation of the production cycle from raw materials to packing of a finished product guarantee the high quality of our products.       |
